It is with much excitement that we announce our new Scrip Coordinator, Ann Ricci. Ann came to St. LucyÕs last year with her daughter, Kayla (2nd grade). She ran the Scrip Program at KaylaÕs first school, so she brings a breath of knowledge, expertise, and enthusiasm.
First, we remind you that during the summer, Scrip can be purchased at the Parish Office.
This school year, Scrip will once again be one of our largest fundraisers with a budget commitment of $40,000. To meet this commitment, we have made several updates to the program.
á The annual Scrip purchase requirement has been changed from $2,000 to $3,500.
á A buy-out or failure to comply assessment has been instituted in the amount of $350.00. Buy-out must be paid by August 31, 2005, and the assessment for failure to comply will be billed on May 1, 2006.
á The Scrip reporting process will be enhanced with quarterly statements sent home and a new tracking form on the WCE.
á More choices of Paper Scrip will be available, and the Scrip Order Form will include dollar amounts and percentage contributions for each vendor.
á Purchasing $3,500 in Scrip will be easy with additional services we will provide:
- Registering your Club Cards for Scrip by filling out the form below.
- Sending you a pre-registered Nob Hill or AlbertsonÕs Club Card by request below.
- Ordering Scrip via email with your credit card on file with Accounting via telephone or the Scrip Order Form envelope.
